What payment methods are accepted on the American Express store?
We primarily accept all valid American Express Cards. You may also use Membership Rewards® points to pay for all or part of your purchase at checkout.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order history and status by logging into your account profile.
What is the return policy for retail purchases?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Some exclusions apply to personalized or final sale items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select U.S. territories. International shipping options vary by product category and will be displayed during the checkout process.
How do I use my Membership Rewards® points for shopping?
During the payment step of checkout, select the option to 'Use Points.' You can choose to apply points to cover the entire balance or a portion of the total cost.
